Cancellation policy for conference registrations
Cancellations can be (partially) refunded according to the following time limits:
- until 8 weeks before start event: full refund applicable
- within 8 weeks prior to start workshop: 75%
- within 6 weeks prior to start workshop: 50%
- within 4 weeks prior to start workshop: 25 %
- when in the last two weeks prior to start: no refund
